Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj Vidyapeeth is located in a lush green area on the New Mahad–Raigad Road. It is about 10 km away from Mahad Railway Station. It has a large campus and one of the best infrastructures in the state. All the department heads and faculty members are highly experienced and work with zeal to impart quality education and achieve the goal of providing excellent career opportunities and strong values to the students, enabling them to become responsible citizens.
The Society was established in 2004 under the flagship of the Central India Institute of Technology. Ever since its inception, a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research has made the group a role model and path-setter for other institutions. The Vidyapeeth supports excellence and innovation in academic programmes and promotes excellence in research, scholarship, and teaching. The Vidyapeeth is committed to attracting and supporting the best students and faculty members who excel in teaching and research.
